LN4 Ambassador Levels
LEVEL 1
As a Level 1 Ambassador, you have completed your registration with Sport Engine and now have access to all the tools and resources this portal offers. You are now eligible to receive your first Ambassador Kit which contains: two LN4 prosthetic hands, two spacers that accompany the hands if needed, instructions, and a recipient registration form.
LEVEL 2
You have successfully fit the two LN4 hands sent to you and emailed the photos of the recipients to the Foundation. You are now a Level 2 Ambassador which means you are eligible to receive up to 25 LN4 hands, 20 extenders, large and medium arm bands, instructions, and a recipient registration form.
We also want to celebrate this accomplishment by recognizing you with an official LN4 Ambassador lapel pin!
LEVEL 3
You have fit at least 80% of the LN4 hands from your Level 2 box and are ready for more! As a Level 3 Ambassador, you are an established point of distribution for the LN4 Foundation. You may receive up to 100 LN4 hands with the appropriate accompaniments.
We want to celebrate you in reaching this level by sending you a LN4 Identification (ID) badge and order customized LN4 business cards with your information (if desired).
SILVER LEVEL
You have fit all of the 100 LN4 hands shipped from your previous box and see even more need for your area. As a Silver Ambassador and trusted partner, you are now eligible to request up to 250 LN4 hands with the appropriate accompaniments.
GOLD LEVEL
Congratulations on successfully distributing and fitting 250 LN4 hands! As a Gold Ambassador, you can request up to 500 LN4 hands with the appropriate accompaniments in a single shipment. You will also be given the option to receive branded Foundation apparel to assist in your networking efforts.
PLATINUM LEVEL
You have reached the highest LN4 Foundation Ambassador Level which means you have successfully fit 500 LN4 prosthetic hands to people in need. As a Platinum Ambassador, we recognize you as leader in distributing and fitting prosthetic hands and consider you as a representative for your regional hub. You are now eligible to receive 500+ LN4 hands with the appropriate accompaniments.
To sign up to be an Ambassador, please follow the following instruction:
1. Register to use Sports Engine (a free platform that hosts the LN4 Ambassador Portal): https://user.sportngin.com/users/sign_in
2. Once you have created a Sports Engine account, go to https://www.ln4hand.org/home to access the LN4 Ambassador Portal homepage. On this homepage, you will select either "Register as a New or Existing Ambassador" or "Register as an Ambassador Organization" if you are representing an organization instead of yourself personally.
3. Complete the Ambassador registration form.
4. You have now registered! You will receive an email confirmation of your completed registration.
